General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of admission tickets via the ticketing platform of Co Lo Network Holding BV.

Article 1 – Definitions

1. Organiser: Co Lo Network Holding BV (hereinafter referred to as “Co Lo Network Holding BV”).
2. Buyer: The natural or legal person who purchases an admission ticket via the online platform for an event organised by the Organiser.
3. Event: The specific gathering, party or themed evening to which the ticket grants access.

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and agreements relating to tickets offered by Co Lo Network Holding BV.
2. By completing an order, the Buyer explicitly agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Formation of Agreement and Payment

1. The agreement for the purchase of a ticket is formed once the Buyer has completed the ordering process and payment has been successfully processed.
2. All prices are inclusive of VAT and any administrative or service fees, unless stated otherwise in advance.

Article 4 – No Right of Withdrawal

1. Pursuant to Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) explicitly does not apply to the sale of tickets for events with a specific date or period.
2. Purchased tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled by the Buyer after purchase. The payment obligation remains fully in force.

Article 5 – Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser

1. If an Event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure or organisational reasons, the Organiser will inform the Buyer as soon as possible.
2. In the event of full cancellation, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding any service fees). If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the Buyer is unable to attend on the new date, a refund may be requested within the deadline set by the Organiser.

Article 6 – Access Control and House Rules

1. A ticket grants access only upon presentation of a valid, undamaged and scannable digital or printed ticket.
2. The Organiser reserves the right at all times to refuse access to visitors who do not comply with the house rules of the venue (Eagle Amsterdam), or in cases of misconduct, intoxication, or failure to meet the dress code applicable to the event. No refund will be given in such cases.
3. Minimum age for access to all events is 18 years, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Valid ID is required.

Co Lo Network Holding BV respects the privacy of its platform users and ensures that personal information provided is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data do we collect?

When you purchase a ticket via our platform, we process the following data necessary for the performance of the agreement:

• First and last name
• Email address (for sending e-tickets and order confirmation)
• Payment data (securely processed via our payment provider; we do not store card or bank details ourselves)

2. Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for:

• Generating, delivering and verifying (scanning) your admission tickets.
• Sending service emails regarding the specific event for which you purchased tickets (e.g. in the event of a schedule change or cancellation).
• Complying with our statutory (fiscal) record-keeping obligations.

3. Retention period

We retain your data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, with a maximum of the statutory fiscal retention period of 7 years for transaction data.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your data exclusively with processors directly necessary for our services, such as the ticketing software host and the payment gateway. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties to safeguard your privacy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data (insofar as this does not conflict with our statutory record-keeping obligations). Please submit a request to supprt@colonetworkbv.com.
